The former world number one player returned to competition following anti-doping authorities’ ruling that he passed a drug at a 2010 tournament in Argentina.

He had tested positive for the anabolic steroid nandrolone at an event at the Tarragona tournament.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on Tuesday confirmed the ban, which was put in place last month.
